Please review before signing up

All professionals must maintain the highest standards of patient care. This includes punctuality, professional conduct, proper hygiene, and following evidence-based treatment protocols. Any complaints regarding service quality will be investigated.
Professionals must provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations (3 or more in a month) may result in temporary suspension from the platform. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
NursePhysioWala charges a platform commission on each completed booking. Free professionals pay 15%; Starter plan 12.99%; Gold plan 10.99%; Platinum plan 8.99%. Commission covers patient acquisition, platform maintenance, customer support, and payment processing. Payouts are processed within 48 hours of visit completion.
Professionals must maintain confidentiality of patient information, avoid soliciting patients outside the platform, and refrain from any form of discrimination. Violation of these standards may result in permanent removal from the platform.
All professionals must submit valid credentials for verification. This includes degree/diploma certificates, government ID, and professional registration (if applicable). NursePhysioWala reserves the right to re-verify credentials at any time.
In case of disputes between professionals and patients, NursePhysioWala will act as a mediator. Both parties agree to cooperate with the investigation process. Final decisions will be made by the NursePhysioWala team.
Patient data shared with professionals is strictly for service delivery purposes. Professionals must not store, share, or misuse any patient data. Violation of data privacy may result in legal action and permanent removal from the platform.
